Alberta Furnace and Heating came to our rescue in the fall of 2001 when we had major problems with the mechanical systems in our newly built home.  A separate air system in our poolroom was causing airflow problems in the rest of the house.  Cold air was BLOWING out of our light switches and the fireplace was venting back into the house.  We also had an infloor heating system and boiler that was destroyed due to the wrong heat exchange equipment installed.

After over a year of frustration we called Barb and Bert at Alberta Furnace and Heating.  We were very impressed right away by the great level of knowledge and understanding Bert had.  He quickly understood the problem and knew how to fix it.  Both, Bert on site and Barb at the office, showed great professionalism and friendliness.  We received fair pricing with no little surprises along the way.  The right quality equipment was ordered and once installation began it continued until everything was completed.  The old equipment was hauled away and the site was left spotless.

As happy as we were by a job well done, we were also impressed by the level of integrity they demonstrated, both taking great pride in their work and treating us with kindness and respect.

After 3 years we have been problem and worry free.  We have returned to Alberta Furnace and Heating twice during this time; once for an air purifier system and another for the installation of central air conditioning.  We were not disappointed, receiving the same level of stellar service.

We wanted to move the entire furnace area to maximize our basement living space. We brought in several contractors but none were able to come up with a solution to meet our requirements. A friend suggested Alberta Furnace and Heating and Bert came in to give us an assessment. Bert impressed us with a complete solution that met all our needs: moving the furnace area into a very small space and maximizing our living space.

The workmanship was excellent; the work was done on time and on budget. There were no surprises and I have been very happy with the final product.
